A compact modern apartment with a very comfortable bed, so much so that we meant to check the brand before we left. The bathroom was a little too cosy for comfort but adequately met our needs.

  2. MARTIN SMITH says:

Not what i expected. Constantly waited for an elevator. No taxi service available, had to walh 100 mtrs up road to get taxi. Too expensive as to other hotels i have stayed at with more facilities.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were even upgraded, which was a nice touch.
More tea and coffee in the room would have been nice – only had enough for 2 cups and we were there for 3 days!

  11. Daisy says:

I was concerned I had made a mistake after reading other comments but upon arriving at the Somerset I was pleasantly suprised. The staff were pleasant, we were upgraded to a better room without even asking. The view from the bedroom was of officce buildings but who cares – we had the curtains drawn and were busy with other things. The view from the lounge room was great. Facilities were modern and new. Very impressed. Will return.

Very well situated for most Sydney activities. only a short walk from Town Hall station which is only 20 mins and $13.00 from the International terminal. Our aircraft landed at 0830 and we were in our room at 0955. It does not get much better than that.

    Great staff.
