Exquisite in it’s traditional Chinese style.
I had a magnificent view of the Forbidden City from my room on the 8th floor.
I was disappointed to learn that the top floor terrace was closed.
Limited choice of Western TV channels.
An excellent location and facilities. I don’t think that the training and management are as service oriented as in many other countries. The staff are obliging, but don’t yet understand the level of client assistance that a 5 star hotel requires. Regardless, I would stay there again and I would book a palace view room. Despite the pollution, the view of the forbidden city is very moving. (please use my initials and not full name if publishing my comments.****)
excellent location, very good service. Will definitely stay again when next time in Beijing.
Poor ambience, too chinesse
