The personal service provided at the Landis Hotel is excellent. The staff made arrangements for a full day private tour by taxi. The driver spoke English and included many cultural experiences that were beyond our expectations so we booked an additional day with the same driver. I would highly recommend the hotel and their accommodating staff.

The Landis Hotel is propably the best bargain in Taipeh – if you are not focused on Italian Coffe, which is propably the only thing, they will prepare in any street cafe better. Service and friendliness is impressive. Whatever you need, just ask the front manager on duty. The reaction is immideate. Be aware – because nowhere stated – that breakfast on weekends is until 10.30, during weekdays until 10.00
