We had a clean, modern and spaceous appartment on the highest (30th) floor. Some minor disadvantages: rather noisy within airco’s and city traffic. No internet facilities, unless you bring your own laptop. States that it’s a 10-15 minutes walk to the convention centre (Southbank), while actually it took us nearly 25 minutes.
However, overall it was a good stay.
Lovely appartment but the noise from the construction on either side was a bit distracting. Over all a great place to stay.

two bedrooms very spacious – located near albert st restaurants – cant go past it if you want to be on the east side of brisbane
We were very unhappy to find that a construction sight was on both sides of hotel with work starting very early in the morning, right up until Saturday. My partner and I found it very hard to relax with the sound of bulldozers crashing round a builiding site. Plus the view of a building sight is nothing like the brochure.
You might want to wait until construction is finished before visiting if your after peace and quite or ask for a substantial discount on your room rates.
In terms of location it was fantastic however the staffs dull attitude and lack lustre performance really let the hotel down. Some customer service training might come in handy there.
The shower and bath were not the cleanest and the lift was so slow, every time you had to go somwhere it was at least 10 minutes before you got to the ground floor.
The decor is bland and the pebble mix roof is very tacky. Its definetly not a 4.5 star hotel more like 3 star.
we have stayed several times with 212 on margaret and we liked it everty time. The staff is very helpful and we feel very special each time because they will always try and upgrade to make the stay even better. If the priceis right , its always our first option.
The Apartment was good, but it is next to a building site. Work at the site commenced at 6.00 am and so you can expect a wake up call even if you didn’t ask for one.
We found the cleaning of the room was rushed and things missed being cleaned or changed. etc sheets & towels not changed after 3rd night. Only left “please makeup room sign” out once. Everything else was great. Thankyou.
